Can't claim Pilgrim Outpost reward

I've completed many Pilgrim Outpost challenges. They show up as all requirements met but the 'Claim' button does not appear. Once I reload the Challenge (using the button on the challenge details) the option does appear, but then I get an error claiming the challenge is not completed. This has happened with challenges from DL1 and DL2.

Not sure if this is similar case, i bought renegade boss mask for 5 pilgrim tokens but i didn't get it in aiden's stash or in extra..

I had a similar issue, rather than claiming them from the dashboard go to the Bounties page and scroll down, you SHOULD be able to claim them from there without an issue.

If that doesn't work log out and log back in so it refreshes your data, make sure the game's open too.

Make sure your account connected properly... It should definitely be in stash (extra), and if you redeem it then it'll show on aiden's stash

Getting the error only in the DL1 challenges, don't know what I could do to claim them

Yeah, you're right. Only on DL1 its affected. When you press the bounty refresh button it shows that error
