Can't say if it's the same for PC, but should.
When you load into the main menu after that obnoxiously long introduction. Instead of clicking Continue, you press on Play Campaign.
That will take you to the save slots you have, when you Hover over the save you want, it should have 2 options on the right side of the save, first would he Rollback and the second would be Delete Save.
What you want here is Rollback. It'll push your save backwards to the previously completed mission.
