been having this issue since installation

i can play the game regularly at its highest graphics with no lag or frame issues, but the moment it hits night time its like im playing on a toaster, i could go into the settings and change it to its lowest but it doesnt change or do anything, i can idk close and re enter the game, attempt to start the night mission with the low graphic settings and it will still run like a toaster box, idk what to do, so any suggestions or known fixes would help alot (also ping me if you have a solution please)
