I can't get RTSS to run with DL2. I use it to monitor hardware usage and to limit frames to get stable framerate.

DLSS requires a supportive RTX Nvidia Graphicscard
By having any Nvidia Gpu you can install the "nvidia controls" and customize a profile for setting up any FPS Limit
