Sleeping/Respawn bug | Dying Light | Page 1

When i sleep or after dying I always spawn in the sky with clouds sorrounding me, can't sleep or die i have to restart the game.

I have a screenshot of the issue

but i cant post here for some reason

If i fast travel or quit game and continue i get a black screen

I need to restart the game after every sleep/death

I had this same issue

I don't know how to fix it

I used a molotov To try and kill myself

It just kept falling

you have to reequip your armor

#

and then quit game so it would save

#

then quit to desktop and restart your game

#

that fixed it for me

I think it happens when you do the harper/huntress elite challenge

#

where you have specific weapon items and armor

#

sometimes it bugs out and doesnt reequip your armor

#

so the game is confused why you are wearing certain armors but dont have it in your inventory

tacit thunder I think it happens when you do the harper/huntress elite challenge

Not for me, I had this happen today and I havent done any of the harper/huntress challenges. Removing my armor did seem to fix it, bringing me back to the sleeping bag. Sleeping again right after that crashed my game though.

Going to camera mode and exiting also seems like a temp solution
