Hello,
So always when I play the Game, doesn't matter whether on Fullscreen or Window Mode, the Mouse will affect my other Screens. Like when I scroll in the Game I just randomly start scrolling in my Browser or in Discord. I also just reinstalled the Game.
Does anybody have similar issues or had them and can tell me how to fix it?

I've experienced that issue in many games, it's just a multi-monitor issue afaik.

For me it's only in pretty old games or dying light, the first game too

use DMT "dual monitor tools" you can easily lock your mouse to one screen or another with a key bind
