the "boost" is only available after upgrading the paraglider 2 times.

if you have it upgraded check your key binds

you should be able to upgrade em at a craft master.

also you can probably most definitely find another way to scale the building, it’s an open world

it doesn’t need to be unlocked. should be on the second tab of the craft master at the very top

go into your inventory and check your paraglider at the bottom, maybe it’s already level 3 and you just don’t have it binded

what story mission are you on?

have you played coop at all?

#

even if you haven’t try joining someone and upgrading it in coop

there is no requirement

as soon as you unlock the paraglider the upgrades should unlock
