When you're running trying to get to a safehouse in the beginning of the game, a window is boarded up that we're supposed to climb up and a zombie will smack you off of it in occasion, didn't have that happen when I played on launch, but after I made a new character to play with my friends it occured, I have a screenshot for the location too.
