Stuttering on 4070ti

Game at 4k on a 4070ti, rest of system is well upto par, but since FG and DLSS 3 came to the game, when i launch i get awful fps drops for 5 or so minutes>?, any help is great

Since 1.9.0 there are some performance problems

What are the rest of your specs? Is nvidia reflex on? That was causing big performances issues when the patched dropped but works fine for me now. Perhaps it's still the cause for you.

Hello. I have the same issue. I play on GTX 1080 I7 8700k 16 GB ram game on HDD. Everything low + high textures 1080p fsr 2. I get like 100-130 fps avg but like you said first 5 minutes after launch, I experience terrible stutters, massive FPS drops. After 5 minutes everything runs perfectly smooth. (Dx11).
Maybe they will fix it in new patch 😄

They won't fix it, the issue is that you installed the game on a HDD

I mean ssd is good to have but probably you have the wrong settings set up.

the game runs terrible if it's installed on an HDD(when stuff loads in), also use dx12 if possible

Idk what are you talking about guys. Everything runs smooth on HDD🥳🥂 just first 5 minutes are bad. Maybe the game needs to render some objects ect. After that I don't have any stutters 😄 also I tested dx12 = lower FPS like 10-15 in my case and the game feels smoother and more responsive on dx11
I could install the game on SSD but I guess its waste of space
