Its keep saying that I have to do that mission but I just did few days ago,any ideas how to fix that?somebody with similar bug?

been bugged since the launch of this game. went away for a while and i guess its back now.

The quest on its own is not bugged.
But there's a problem. It's one of your 1st side quests you will encounter.....introducing a NPC you'll meat pretty much at the end of the game. This causes some issues, aka you can't complete the quest. And right, this was never fixed.
Just leave this quest. Wait till you have done Sparker & Broadcast Quest. Then come back and finish Double Time. And it will work.

I’ve already finished every other quest in the game. Still pops up. I’ll complete it, then when I close the game and reopen it, double time pops back up again lol
