Has anyone else been having an issue where when saving a survivor from infected during the day, they don’t get a reward nor pop up saying that the survivor was rescued, while the survivor continues to make noises like they’re being attacked?

Yeah, it's been happening to me on PC as well. I'll dropkick the zombie off them and they'll just stand there staring at me and going "Agh! Ugh! Eeeh!"
