I recently started a new game plus save and gave the water tower to the peacekeepers. I started the quest, went into the metro station, and then talked to the peacekeeper in front of the gate which started the cutscene. After the cutscene ended I was told to follow Hakon, but instead of him running he just stands in front of the gate. I tried to restart my game, but it just puts me back to right in front of the gate where Hakon remains stuck. I tried to load back into a quest checkpoint by dying to a nearby fire which moved Hakon further into the metro tunnel, but when I tried running to him, a white floating box apopears (I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it) and Hakon again remains standing in front of the train. I tried rolling my save back but the same issue ends up happening. I've also uninstalled the game but the same issue also happens. I didn't have any mods installed when I started new game plus and I haven't installed any since.
