My game randomly drops from 30-60fps to 1-17fps for like 5-10 seconds every minute or two (sometimes even less) and then goes back to normal for a short while. I've tried all solutions online (updating drivers, lowering video quality, switching between fullscreen, windowed, closing all background apps etc) but none have worked. It's been like this ever since I first installed the game. My GPU is RTX 2060 Max-Q, CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 4800HS and 16gb RAM

Maybe change directx version? If everything else failed me, that was the solution countless times.

I know, but it is still high. Could be throttling hence you have stutter and lower fps.

If you are handy, take it apart, clean and repaste. If not take it to a shop, they will do it for ya.

Yours may wary. I think your temps are the culprit, cuz the problem happens after a time period.
