That charm was a promotional offer between DL and a company I currently don't remember the name, its indeed odd you have it.

I'd suggest contacting support.

It's because you are using a modded save file.
I have the Pizza Charm, but it's not a weapon, nor does it stack up to 99.
Exposed.

Just make a backup of your save each day,then any problem with saves will be fixed,specially if u using mods
