Crane and Brecken Bundles Only Half-Unlocked on PC, every item is unlocked on PS5

So, as the title says, I have the skins for Brecken and Crane on PC, no issue there. I also have the Crane Paraglider skin, not sure if I have one for Brecken, if there even is one. But the odd thing is that on PS5, I have Crane’s Spectral Bat. But on PC, it’s not showing up in my stash— neither are the chapter tokens, despite having claimed them just fine on PS5. I played PS5 up until recently where I “migrated” to PC. My Techland.gg account is linked to both my PS5 and my PC, so I’m not sure what the issue is. I’d really like to get my hands on those weapons on PC so any help would be greatly appreciated. ^^
