Please contact Techland support for assistance: https://support.techland.pl/
I did this but I haven't seen my forum answered yet or even my forum
I do not have a forum
Well, we can't help you either, we don't work for TL. We're just the mods for the server.

So who can help?
You can try contacting them again.
Look, it doesn't work in any way. I really need help. I've been your player since 2016 and the whole company can't even help me, please direct me if there's anyone I can help with, because this doesn't work with the forum.
It can take some time for support to answer, it's the weekend, they get a lot of requests
Yeah we really can’t do anything, the mods don’t work for Techland
Have you tried re-installing the game? What if you try launching the game directly from the executable in the Dying Light 2 folder? Are there any events recorded on Event Viewer, that may shed some light on what's going on?
Or in the crash logs in the Dying Light 2 folder
Could try other simply/quick things like using DDU (display driver uninstaller) to uninstall your GPU driver, then install the latest driver available.
This guy knows more than me lol
Check if your registry is broken
launch /sfc scannow in cmd console for broken windows files
uncheck "read only" for the entire game folder
deinstall onedrive if you got it
reinstall the game when steam is launched as Administrator
Sfc scannow wont do anything good. It will just mess with files.
Thats not quite true
Unfortunately, I did all of what you said, but it didn't work, the problem is not from me, I wanted to ask if anyone knows about it.
How do we remove the read-only option?
right click on your folder and check properties then uncheck the read only checkbox if so
Thank you i hope this information you gave will work for me.
You are king : )
Did it worked?
Now trying my hope works
It says 32.000 files are being verified as you said, I'm doing file verification right now. : D
yes yes unfortunately
actually there are files but it doesn't detect it for some reason let's see maybe it will detect it now
@maiden jacinth unfortunately none happened
anyway thank you so much for helping
I got a deja vu
what's your hardware?
GTX 1660 Ti 32 gb ram 1.5 TB hard drive I don't know the exact intel i5 processor version
Yep, it is. Things like that and programs like ccleaner will mess up registry more. Doing more harm than good.
Have you tried turning the game off an on
