Zombies lunge and hit despite me dodging

This event points out how broken the angry faster zombies are. I drop kick zombies, which then causes a sound alert for aggressive zombies. The aggressive zombies show up, they lunge at me from a distance and hit me now matter how well I dodge. I literally had a zombie hit the wall BEHIND me, turn 180 degrees and then tackle me.
