Whenever I save a survivor that is grabbed by a zombie in a random encounter the game does not register that the zombie has been killed. The survivor will keep screaming like he is being attacked after the biter has been killed, and there are no other enemies nearby. This did not happen until recently. I am on ps5. This issue can sometimes be fixed by kicking the survivor away from the area where the original infected was that attacked the survivor, but it does not work all the time.
