I linked my xbox account to TechlandGG but when I tried to claim the Crane bundle it says I don't own dl2. I have both DL1 and DL2 and I even can claim other bundles for DL1 and Dl2 alone but not the bundles that says that I need to own both games.

Yeah I got the same issue on pc. Says I dont have DL1 even though I have bouth. Techland hasnt given a response since 3rd of february

first of all, please turn on both of your games DL1 and DL2, and make sure your game is connected with Techland Services (on the bottom of main menu you should see status):
If that doesn't help, please open your web browser in incognito mode and re-link your platform on TechlandGG
visit Techland Gamers & Goodies and sign in, please. Then hover over your Profile in the top right-hand corner and select the ACCOUNT SUMMARY tab.
Next, you will see information about your linked accounts. Click a linked account and unlink it, please.
Lastly, link your chosen account, the same way you did it the first time.
