My travel distance is locked to 960km

I just notice this , anyone with same issue ? Its not a big thing, but it should still count my travel distance, anyone to fix it ?

lucky you, when i did 960km game just reset my travel distance and after 240h i dont have achivement 😄 (support said they cant help me)
