Bug when setting waymark in some circumstances. Unknown if this affects other locations or if the circumstances here are entirely unique.
Recreate as seen in screenshot:
- Climb/Activate North Loop Radio Tower
- Use binoculars to locate Historical Communications Tower
- Set waymark using binoculars.
