Crane and Rais bundle impossible to get

I'm a big Dying Light player (since 2017), I created a techland account, linked my platform (steam) where my two games Dying Light and Dying Light 2 are located to get the Crane/Rais Bundle rewards.
However, the site tells me that I do not own Dying Light 1.
