Hi Im lvl 98 .
I Cannot see any diffrence speaking about damage boost from legendary skills,doesnt matter which,1 h ,2nd,bows.
Stats simply doesnt count towards damage.
Im pretty sure everyone is having that issue.
Hope it will be fixed asap,because currently Im not getting any bonuses from legendary lvl at all .

Thats what i was thinking as well no damage boost from what i can tell hopefully they fix this
