FPS drops to 30 after opening inventory, map, or trading with npc.

My FPS always run on 30 on low

creating custom game profile for DL2 in nvidia control panel, and setting max framerate and max framerate in background to disabled helped. 🤔

stable 60 now, that wierd

in global i have max fps limit to 65 and thats its reason for 30fps drops lol
