is there an easy way to get military medkits

They seem kinda hard to find but thats the point but I’d still like to stock up on them

Nah, plenty of spots with a fix spawn.
GRE Weapon Containers, those with respawning loot.
Revisit GRE Centers
Lots of story quest locations have a medkit/healing bundle (VNC Tower electrical room (6 or 7 Military Kits!), BigWig Fighting room, etc.)
Sometimes Vendor will sell a MM.
You'll get stocked up in notime. xD
