I need help, there is a black bar, in the center left of the screen, it is very annoying and I don't know how to remove it. Some help?

I got same square but white on 471.41 nvidia driver version.
It appears when left mouse button is pressed.

Instaling new nvidia driver 528.24 fixed that for me.
