Save File won't fully load. comes up with Black screen and sounds but its not playable. (XB:SS) | Dying Light | Page 1

I know there's been 2 recent updates to the game. For the Xbox Series S I have or Xbox. I load my save file but then it loads into the game after the loading screen and it comes up with save blank/black screen. There is no interaction and all you can hear is wind and no music. You can press the flashlight button but nothing else will do anything. It has caused the game to be unplayable for me.
