Hello guys ! I ran into an issue with dl2 running really poorly, i'm getting half the fps that i should kinda get, my friend that i would play the game with gets 2x my fps on ultra settings while im getting half of it on any settings on a , better gpu and I dont know what to do anymore, everything works in my pc perfectly even downloaded other games : assasins creeds, forspoken, bright memory infinity, elder ring etc, and i got way more fps on those than him. We checked files did everything that couldve cause the issue, tried every settings dx12-11 everything but nothing helped,switched drivers even windows nothing helped, any suggestions or anyone had/has the same issue? The only difference in our pcs that he got 2070super and i got a 3070, same mb same rams same ssd same everything. temps could not be a problem either.
