Do you mean the 3d model of your coop friend disappears and you don't see them, where their nametag is?

Oof I’m just now seeing this so I’m so sorry if it pings you. The 3D model disappears and his name tag is stuck to the center of my screen (where the small dot reticle is) where ever I’m looking, almost like it’s attached to the small white dot/reticle. So actually I don’t even know where he is in the game. I can dm a video or email to support as I have recording, I just have to edit it together.
