I seen/heard in a video that you can farm artifact gear by going to the airdrop in the sunken city every 30 min. I've opened them, waited like 1-2 hours and the loot still didn't respawn.
Was it patched? If yes is there another way of getting artifact gear?

This isn’t a support issue but it was fixed a bit after launch. Anyways, it would be better off asking other questions related to the game in #💬︱dying-light-2 as this forum is for bug related issues and things of the sort as well as any technical problems players may be having with the game to try and help find a way to fix said issues.
