Heya!
I'm currently attempting to take down the Heron Renegados bandit camp in the Lower Dam Ayre. Upon my first clear of the location, I was able to kill all but 1 lieutenant, who was nowhere to be found. I searched for about 15 minutes, tracing back over my steps, to no avail.
I then "reloaded" the zone by sleeping until night, where I took on the camp once again...and once again, the lieutenant was nowhere to be found. I tried this several times.
I can't clear the camp without eliminating this enemy, and so I can't secure the zone.
What can I do here?
