how to get bloody ties dlc with ultimate edition

I bought the ultimate edition but my ps4 broke before the dlc came out and I only now have it fixed so how can I download the dlc for free since it's part of the ultimate edition package I think

Go to dlc and there should be install option idk

I have a PS5 but it should be somewhat the same.
Go to manage game content and there should be stuff about the ”Aristocrat” or a DLC, click that, it should start automatically downloading, this was on my Xbox and how it happened btw so it should be the same
