GRE Anomaly Bug - No Reward?

Bug involved GRE Anomaly activity, specifically tested in C-A-22. After slaying the Revenant and any surrounding infected it revives, the hatch does not open, resulting in no reward being given for the completion of the activity. Happened last night, and has occurred again just now on a freshly made new game.
