i wonder what are the difference of these two settings of the anti aliasing, do any one notice performance and visual wise difference?

Performance wise nope, nothing noticeable.

Visually there's a little more ghosting with sharp AA and artifacts as well. Use sharp only if you're in native resolution.

If you're using an Upscaler just turn AA to stable so that there's less ghosting. The AA from upscalers will do its job very well so you won't notice a difference.

This is for FSR 2.0 as per testing
