So this is the second time this has happened to me. I've been going through the story, then once I hit the mission where you assign the pk their first place, I get no waypoint, or even a mission on my mission list added. So I restarted the game not thinking to much of it. Now my second time through a mission where I meet up with Barry, once I get through the door Barry either isn't there or the cutscene doesn't show. If there's no cutscene supposed to be here, then he's unable to be interacted with at all. Even after restarting the system and game application.
