So I recently got a msi katana gf66 from curry's as there was a black Friday sale for the I7 11th gen and 3060. I got it to play dying light 2 on ray tracing graphics. Here's where the problem arise it's currently on a older Windows version. And whenever I update the Windows version my dying light 2 frames go from 110 to less than 30 fps? I found this out when I couldn't install mine craft because the windows version was to old but whenever I load up other games such as mw2 I still get 200fps easily but just not for dying light? Is this a common error or should I get a refund and get another gaming laptop?
