I had the same issue before the last update. Now I can safely play 60+ all ultra with RT, no drops. Before that my FPS dropped as low as 20-ish after some time. The only helpful thing that I found was either to switch to dx11 (no RT) or switch texture settings to low and back (some sort of memory leak reset idk)
