I have been doing Legendary encounters for quite a bit now, during the day and all, but whenever I do them at night, with the goons and demolishers, all I get is about 100 mutation samples, which I could've gotten easily from killing a couple virals and not wasting time killing a goon or demolisher. I've seen people do night encounters before and they always got a artifact or legendary item, but I can never seem to get it. Is this a bug or intentional?

If u need to farm up some legendaries/artifacts, run around cillians house. The bandits (treasure chest ones) spawn like every 5 mins
