All of my items in inventory and stash are gone, weapons and armor. In valuables there's a bunch of glitch items and I also somehow got the Korek Machete (RNG). I cannot craft anything since my blueprint is gone, I retained the grappling hook and UV flashlight. My stash didn't have anything. It only had the outfits I had, no Ultimate/Deluxe edition items, etc. I still habe my skill trees maxed out and still have my missions

i didnt install any free items mod, the only mod related to my inventory is the E3 2018 outfit that replaces the ronin outfit and equipable e3 gloves

2021 and e3 animations pack all animations, e3 immunity widget, sneeds e3 model overhaul, sneeds bleak retexture mod, sneeds loading screen mod, improved e3 2019 biomarker retexture project

Mods seem to break the inventory now, try uninstalling all and starting the game.

Looks like he had some other terribly outdated/broken mod (e.g. broken inventory_imports.scr) installed and that can/will cause this issue. Its not very common though unless you edit scripts or merge paks on your own.
When your save is in this state its pretty much lost cause. If you notice this kind of bugged inventory right after installing a mod, alt+f4 right away and you wont lose your items. After that leave angry feedback to mod creator.
Also always backup your saves when you start playing around with mods. If something goes wrong Techland cant do much

same thing happened to me
not sure, but i think it was the agents free mod, or something similar to it.
fished through my data paks and eventually it came down to one mod that was messing with inventory things

i solved it by deleting the entire dying light 2 folder then verifying files, i still dont know any of my mods that did it
