1. This forum is for posting issues specifically with Dying Light 2.
If you encounter issues with any other of Techland's games please use support@techland.pl or https://support.techland.pl/ to contact Techland.

3. This forum was created as user-based support.
Our community and sometimes Techland's team members will do their best to help you out, but please remember that all issues should be sent to support@techland.pl or https://support.techland.pl/

4. Avoid creating duplicate posts, please search through the forum before posting.
Duplicate posts may be removed. Some topics may be closed without warning, all closed topics may be removed after 24 hours.

5. Try to include screenshots or a recording of the issue you're reporting within the post.
You can also try to use any free hosting sites and provide a link to it. Please remember that these recordings / screenshots can be crucial for creating your tickets via support@techland.pl or https://support.techland.pl/

6. If you are able to, please backup your save files.

7. Before posting / creating a ticket for your issue please try to do some basic checks like:

  • Removing all mods or edited game files.
  • Restarting the game.
  • Attempting to recreate the issue on a new save slot.
  • Starting the game in offline mode.
  • Lowering your graphical settings as low as possible. (This includes resolution)
  • Reinstalling the game / verifying your game's files.

8. Try to include as much information as possible in your posts / ticket.

  • Did you perform any of the basic checks? If you have, which of them did you perform?
  • Include what you've done in game prior to the issue.
  • Include if the issue persists after restarting the game.
  • Include your PC's specifications.
  • Attach your save files. (Please avoid using ZIP / RAR, the save folder itself is the best way)
  • Remember to attach a recording / screenshot of the issue.

9. Check if there are any pinned topics for workarounds.
Sometimes before any official fixes are released there might be some steps you can perform to mitigate the issue, please check the topics related to your issue.

10. Keep it friendly for everyone.
As previously mentioned, please do remember that the community and the Techland employees are trying to help with the issues in their own free time. We understand your anger and disappointment as none of the issues should happen in the first place, but please avoid treating this as an excuse to attack anyone.
