the stranger once again isnt contacting me i have the disc version of the game on ps5 and i didnt get the dying laugh bundle either so is there a way to solve it bcz rn the dlc is called Expansion Pass - 1

Hey! I think i recently redid that mission, and once again i was confused on why he didnt contact, but i didnt do anything about it and just waited, maybe 45 minutes -1 hour. If you wait for any longer, i would suggest sending a ticket to Techland! They are very helpful and can find a solution real fast 🙂

I had this issue on xbox, I had to go to manage game and addons and install bloody ties and the aristocrat pack separately.

I tried to help somebody on PS4 and they said it worked though, so I think it’s worth a try.

the problem for me was that I didn't have the DLC installed properly so it didn't work until I reinstalled the DLC

I am on PC btw

then afterwards he called right away within 20 seconds or so
