have you checked if you have another bounty active from another agent?
Because you can have 3 daily bounties from any combination of agents

yes exactly i checked multiple times, even quit my save maybe i should restart the game

I know, what happens here. The thing is, that you collected bounty one day and did not complete it. for some reason the next day the bounty disappeared from "Chapters" tab(where menu, inventory, etc. are) and from both agents and you can not find it, nor cancel it. The only solution is to complete said bounty. Sometimes, you can see it, if you press Tab, where the game shows you information. It has happened to me.

I had the issue. Went to the other agent, and found out the bounty was just silent. Just check, seemed to be the solution to me
