Cannot connect to co-op (Dying Light 2) | Dying Light | Page 1

I'm playing Dying Light 2 on Series X and trying to connect to someone else on Series X. We are at the point where co-op is unlocked, our NAT types are open, we both have the DLC installed, have restarted our internet, have redownloaded the game, etc.

Yet when I try to join I get "The game session you have tried to join is no longer available".

I'm at a loss, because I have looked online. Google, Discord, and Reddit. Nothing comes back. I can't find anyone else with this issue. I just want to play the game co-op but no amount of troubleshooting is fixing it.

Coop is somewhat bugged. Restarting the games fixes it for me SOMETIMES, but it isnt a good solution. I would wait for an update that fixes it

Techland Support was worthless, I sent quite possibly the most detailed error report and they just hit me with a "lmao sorry about that"

What's really odd is that I just invited my original co-op partner and he got into my game with no issue, so now I'm wondering what happened with my new co-op partner

So what's even weirder is I'm Person A, then there's Person B, and Person C

I can't connect to Person B. Person C can connect to me, and he can connect to person B. But nothing allows me to connect to Person B
