No matter what setting I pick I am getting no more then 50 FPS. My system is more then capable of running this game. My GPU usage never goes over 10% no matter what graphics setting I have used. I have searched online and not found a solution that works. Any thoughts?

How are you monitoring GPU usage? DX12 and using task manager will give incorrect gpu usage information. If you're using stomething like GPU-Z or CPUID HWmonitor and your usage is actually that low, what are the rest of your system specs?

I have used multiple system monitoring apps and they all show the same thing.
32 gigs of ram 3200 MHz
Intel i7-7700k
GPU: 2060
I have been doing some investigating and it could be my CPU is a bottle neck. But I don't seem to have this problem with other more demanding games

7700k is definitely a bit of a bottleneck but 10% gpu usage still sounds very low. What resolution are you playing at?

My monitors native resolution is 2k (1440) but I have also tried it at 1080
The GPU usage does not change when switching between the two. I have also tried dx11 vs dx12. Driver's are all up to date along with windows

Hmm not too sure then, you could try things like high power performance plan, game mode on windows on/off and see if that makes a difference but 50fps doesn't sound it would be that far off with those specs but would've expected a bit more, especially with settings turned down
what is cpu usage with settings like resolution and in-game settings turned down?

I have tried those things. I should be getting more then 50. My brother plays with worse specs then me and gets 70 to 80 fps
CPU usage is never over 70
It must be a CPU bottleneck of some sort. At this point it's the only thing that makes sense

its very simple if ur games are playing with no problem forget all about this bottelneck and so on

do u know if ur MOBO has its own gpu?

I am using my 2060. My motherboard does have onboard graphics but its disabled.
I wish it was as simple as what port I was plugged into but that is not the problem

Have you tried DDU to uninstall your video card driver and re-install? Always worth doing for gpu related issues
