Shot mods for the manica dont work.

this happens with all elements only with the shot mods. it does near to no dmg at all and no elements proc. its basically a sneeze.

this is likely caused from - having the same element on the SHOT and RIM mod at same time hence fire+fire. leads to this bug but fire+spark does not

but requires more testing
