Sometimes when starting the game it will list bloody ties as not installed and not let you spawn in carnage hall, this is fixed by a restart.
When in a freak fight if you cancel the challenge it will keep the enemy with the same amount of health and in the same position you cancelled in, this can be used to get an insanely low personal best on freak fights and also easily get gold medal.
Gold medal checkpoint running levels are insanely difficult and hard to complete in time.
In online I have noticed if the host starts a freak fight while you are in the posters menu the enemy will not be there
