I was playing the bloody ties DLC and as I was playing the mission where you have to find Skullface's weakness, I killed the guard on accident and I went to the next checkpoint. Right as I went to it I got the "Quest failed" pop up but the game saved, so I am stuck in an endless loop of quest failed. I can't even play the main game because it's broke everything.

Did you beat the game on your save? You might have to start NG+ unfortunately, even worse if you didn't because if you didn't you might just be fucked.

Happened to me too 😕

So I found out how to fix the bug pretty quickly. All I did was roll back my save to the last mission. Hopefully it can work for you guys too 🤞🏻
