No DLSS option in Upscaler mode for RTX 3070 | Dying Light | Page 1

Came back to the game today after a while and found that "Upscaler Mode" in my game has no DLSS option, it has options for FSR, FSR2, XeSS and Linear. but no DLSS.
My GPU is a RTX 3070.
My graphics drivers are up to date.
My game is up to date.

Just went back to driver version 516.94, still not working

Has anyone found any solution for this issue? I have contacted support and got a "Next patch it will be solved" answer.

Today I did a fresh install of Windows 11 and now the DLSS option is available.
