if i reinstall the game are the weapons and the lv well gone ?

No saved progress should stay regardless of uninstalling the game unless you specify you want to delete that as well

Atleast that's how it works on steam

You will need to click that gray button to discconect from steam (right tab)
Click Unlink and than all of them should be blue
reset your game and it should work

If you have not connected your Steam Games to Epic

please try to connect (button in online games menu)

restart your game
