#Possible Audio Bug?

Every time I’m running about either Old Villedor or the City I constantly hear what I can only describe as “Michael Jackson enemies” every 10-15 seconds. I’ll be hearing all the normal game audio followed by a sharp loud “TEEHEE.” I’ve encountered this consistently ever since I downloaded the game. PS4 version - is this a bug or is there just an enemy that is this annoying?

I’ll take a clip and post it the next time I notice it but DAMN it’s annoying
